屯門景峰花園鳳凰層戶議價$35萬終以$315萬承接

美聯物業屯門 - 瓏門分行高級分區營業經理曾祥聰表示，有見二手交投氣氛回暖，部分放盤業主擴大議價空間沽售手持物業，該行最新錄得屯門景峰花園鳳凰層405實呎戶$315萬沽，原業主持貨7年，帳面損手離場。

曾祥聰表示，成交單位為屯門景峰花園鳳凰層戶，實用面積405平方呎，屬兩房設計。據悉，單位早前以$350萬放售，近日獲區內用家洽購，議價$35萬後，以$315萬承接，實用呎價約$7,777。

資料顯示，原業主於2017年以$350萬買入單位。
