屯門時代廣場E座低層2房戶減價$18萬終以$342萬沽出

祥益地產區域董事表示，日前屯門時代廣場錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2007年以約$95萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$247萬，單位升值逾2倍易手。

上述成交單位為E座低層1室，實用面積346呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區內客垂青。由於新買家有住屋需求，指定物色有裝修可即住的單位，前後睇了約6個樓盤便成功物色心水單位。買家主要鍾情單位剛完成翻新工程，將以全新裝修下入住，加上原業主計劃套現換樓，故議價減$18萬，最終買家以$342萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$9884。
