屯門時代廣場中層以月租$1.15萬承租

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，日前促成一宗屯門時代廣場E座中層1室，實用面積346平方呎，日前獲同區客以月租$1.15萬承租，實用面積平均呎租為$33.2。據了解，由於租客原住所無法續租，有感屯門市中心各樣配應有盡有，加上熟悉區內環境，因此指明物色區內租盤，而且單位附設雅緻裝修，加上業主願意調整租金，減租$500，以及起租期可以遷就，上述租客遂便決定即時拍板承租單位。

袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位的銀行估值約$372萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.7厘。
