屯門愛琴海岸3房海景戶累減$73萬至$547萬易主

世紀21天生置業-鄭少坤董事表示，該行新近促成屯門愛琴海岸成交，單位為2座中層C室，實用面積617平方呎，建築面積811平方呎，採3房間隔，座向西南，享海景，單位附雅致裝潢。物業原叫價$620萬，獲同屋苑換樓客洽購，趁樓價低伺機入市，即睇即買，累減$73萬，減幅11.8%，以$547萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$8,865。

鄭少坤續指，原業主於2012年11月以$550萬購入上述單位，持貨逾12年至今轉售，賬面虧蝕$3萬，單位期內稍跌1%。
