世紀21天生置業聯席董事何子邦表示，該行新近促成屯門愛琴海岸6座高層E室，實用面積741平方呎，建築面積955平方呎，採3房套連多用途房間隔，座向西南，望黃金海岸海景。物業原叫價$810萬，獲同區換樓客洽購，以$780萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$10,526。

何子邦續指，原業主於2006年12月以$311萬購入上述單位，持貨逾17年至今轉售，賬面獲利$469萬，單位期內升值1.5倍。
