世紀21天生置業聯席董事何子邦表示，該行新近促成屯門愛琴海岸5座中層F室，實用面積742平方呎，建築面積975平方呎，採3房連套房連多用途室間隔，座向東北，望山景。物業原叫價$810萬，放盤近1年，獲用家洽購，累減$160萬至$650萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$8,760。

據了解，原業主於2020年8月以$825.2萬購入上述單位，持貨近4年至今轉售，賬面虧蝕$175.2萬，單位期內跌幅約21%。
