屯門恆福花園低層2房買家租轉買斥$503萬承接

美聯物業屯門區區域營業董事梁浩文表示，市況回暖吸引市場部分租客「租轉買」，該行日前促成一宗屯門恆福花園二手成交，剛成交的恆福花園7座低層A室，屬兩房間隔，實用面積約437平方呎，建築面積約554平方呎。據了解，買家原為區內租客，有見二手樓價出現調整，故決定「租轉買」，斥$503萬承接上述單位，折合實用呎價約$11,510，折合實用呎價約$9,079。

資料顯示，原業主於2013年2月以約$235萬購入上述單位，持貨9年多，期內物業升值約1.14倍。
