屯門彩華花園B座低層2房戶減價$15萬以$295萬沽

祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前屯門彩華花園錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案。原業主於2012年以約$171萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利高達$124萬。

盤氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為B座低層2室，實用面積420呎，配置兩房一廳，日前獲區內客垂青。買家心儀彩華花園造價夠平而入市，而該單位亦屬同類型放盤中的最低價，可謂絕無僅有的筍盤。買家認為單位性價比高，加上內籠四正，可靈活擺放家電，而且原業主計劃套現換樓，故增加議幅減價$15萬，上述買家遂決定以$295萬購入上址作自住之用，平均呎價為$7024。
