屯門弦海獲內地家長預繳半年租金以月租$1.55萬承租

祥益地產-黃慶德董事表示，日前促成一宗屯門弦海為中層N室，實用面積448平方呎，2房。據悉，租客為內地家長，主要鍾情該屋苑鄰近小朋友上學地點，節省來往中港兩地的交通時間，而且單位內附雅裝連傢電，以及業主見租客預繳半年租金，因此願意減租$500，租客遂便決定以月租$1.55萬合共涉資$9.3萬「即睇即租」上址，實用面積平均呎租為$34.6。

黃氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估價約$476萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.9厘。
