屯門弦海中層開放式$295萬成交實用呎價為$12,771

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前該分行促成一宗屯門弦海的買賣成交個案，原業主於2019年以約$376萬購入，持貨6年多，轉手帳面虧損約$81萬。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為中層U室，實用面積231呎，開放式間隔。據了解，新買家鎖定區內半新屋苑，考慮到上述屋苑鄰近家人，方便照應，而且屋內連新淨裝修，加上有感樓價低水可以負擔，遂便決定以$295萬購入上址作自住用途，以實用面積計算呎價為$12,771。
