屯門康德花園1座高層D室2房戶以$325萬易手

美聯物業 - 梁浩文董事表示，早年買入單位，不少即使接受議價，原業主帳面仍大賺，有見樓價回穩，該行錄得屯門康德花園412實呎戶$325萬沽出，原業主持貨近36年，帳面升值逾7.7倍。

梁浩文表示，成交單位為屯門康德花園1座高層D室，實用面積412平方呎，屬2房設計，間隔實用。據悉，單位早前以$340萬放售，即使及後買家議價，以$325萬易手，原業主帳面仍大賺，實用呎價約$7,888。

原業主於1988年以約$37.27萬購入，持貨近36年，是次轉手帳面升值逾7.7倍，或近$288萬。
