祥益地產 - 袁思賢董事表示，屯門康德花園環境清幽，鄰近屯門鐵路站，生活配套齊全。該行近日促成一宗買賣成交，單位以$345萬易手，實用呎價約$9,504。

成交單位為康德花園3座中層F室，實用面積363平方呎，屬2房間隔。袁思賢指，單位近日獲內地家長垂青，買家考慮到屋苑鄰近子女學校，往返方便，加上內地人士置業與本地人無異，毋須繳付額外稅項，且單位連企理裝修，遂決定全數付款（FULL PAY）以$345萬購入，實用呎價約$9,504，成交價略高於市場水平。

資料顯示，原業主於2017年以$410萬購入單位，持貨約7年，轉手帳面蝕約$65萬離場。
