世紀21天生置業高級客戶董事黃偉祺表示，該行新近促成屯門帝濤灣成交，單位為9座低層D單位，建築面積1,096平方呎，實用面積880平方呎，3房套連儲物室間隔，座向東南望山景，單位附設企理裝修。物業原叫價$720萬，放盤2個月，最終獲外區買家承接，成交價$649萬，減幅約10%，實用面積呎價$7,375。

黃偉祺指，原業主於2015年8月以$600萬購入上址，持貨9年至今易手，現時賬面獲利$49萬，單位期間升值8%。
