屯門帝濤灣9座中層3房套成交價$680萬 4年跌約10%

世紀21天生置業高級客戶董事黃偉祺表示，該行新近錄得屯門帝濤灣成交，單位為9座中層B室，建築面積1,090平方呎，實用面積875平方呎，3房套間隔，座向西北望山景，單位附設企理裝修，物業原叫價$950萬，放盤近1年，最終獲租客承接，成交價$680萬，減幅28.4%，實用面積呎價$7,771。

黃偉祺指，原業主於2020年7月以$755萬購入上址，持貨4年至今易手，現時賬面損失$75萬，單位期間跌10%。
