屯門市廣場高層$1.3萬獲承租業主享租金回報率高達3.7厘

祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示，日前促成一宗屯門市廣場5座高層H室，實用面積423平方呎，日前獲外區客以月租$1.3萬承租，實用面積平均呎租為$30.7。該租客於機場上班，鍾情屋苑有巴士直達機場，車程只需10餘分鐘，十分方便，而且單位附企理裝修以及部份傢電，遂便決定即時拍板承租單位。

袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位的銀行估值約$417萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.7厘。
