屯門居屋悅湖山莊10座中層3房戶$448萬成交減價達$32萬

祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前屯門居屋悅湖山莊錄得一宗買賣成交個案。

盤氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為10座中層B室，實用面積592呎，三房兩廳，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家鍾情單位附設企理裝修，可即買即住，加上原業主增加議幅，累積減價達$32萬，而且買家原本亦居於同區，毋需重新適應環境以及方便搬遷，遂便決定以$448萬 (自由市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$7568。
