屯門居屋兆麟苑A座低層3房戶自由市場價$380萬成交

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，屯門居屋兆麟苑日前錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2008年以約$115萬(自由市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$265萬，單位升值逾2倍易手。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為A座低層2室，實用面積554呎，三房兩廳，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家鍾情單位附設企理裝修，加上原業主計劃移民故賣樓套現，並願意增加議幅再減$10萬，上述買家有感單位價格合理，遂便決定以$380萬(自由市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6859。
