祥益地產高級客戶經理陳秀春表示,成交單位為屯門居屋兆軒苑B座低層18室,實用面積443平方呎,2房,租客為區內分支家庭客,表示原先居住的單位空間不足,由於想鄰近家人,於是鎖定同區租盤,考慮到業主有$500的議價空間,租客遂便以$9,500租入,實用面積平均呎租$21.4。

陳氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估值約$286萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達4厘。
