屯門居屋兆安苑B座高層2房戶回流港人以$330萬一筆過承接

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，日前錄得一宗屯門居屋兆安苑獲回流港人以$330萬一筆過承接的個案，原業主於2019年以約$380萬(自由市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$50萬。

袁氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為B座高層3室，實用面積563呎，兩房一廳，日前獲回流港人垂青。買家鍾情單位間隔四正，可靈活擺放傢電，加上屋苑鄰近市中心，配套齊全，而且原業主增加議幅，累積減價達$40萬，上述買家有感單位價格吸引，

遂便決定以$330萬(自由市場價)並一筆過付款購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$5861。
