祥益地產-古文彬經理表示，日前錄得一宗屯門居屋兆安苑K座高層1室，實用面積495平方呎，2房，日前獲區內客垂青。買家鍾情單位客廳及房間均擁開揚市景，加上原業主擴大議價空間，減價$22萬，而且屋苑鄰近市中心，生活配套齊全，上述買家有感單位性價比高，遂便決定以$328萬(自由市場價) 並一筆過付款購入上址作自住或收租，實用面積平均呎價為$6,626。

古氏續稱，該單位若作投資收租，現時市值租金大約為$1.25萬，租金回報率高達4.6厘。
