世紀21天生置業高級客戶董事黃偉祺表示，該行新近錄得屯門小欖帝濤灣成交，單位為9座低層A室，實用面積880平方呎，3房連儲物室間隔，座向西北望園景，物業原叫價$705萬，獲買家洽購，微減$25萬至$680萬成交，實用面積呎價$7,727。

據了解，原業主於2005年8月購入上述單位，當時作價$290萬，持貨18年多至今轉售，賬面獲利$390萬，單位期內升值約1.3倍。
