屯門天生樓高層3房戶議價$2,000後以月租$2.5萬承接

美聯物業屯門 - 瓏門分行 (3) 高級營業經理潘偉良表示，屯門鄰近深圳灣口岸及香港國際機場，吸引不少專才家庭遷入，該行錄得專才家庭月租$2.5萬承租天生樓843實呎戶。

潘偉良表示，成交單位為屯門天生樓高層A室，實用面積約843平方呎，屬3房間隔，方正實用。據悉，單位早前以$2.7萬放租，獲經常需往返國外及內地的專才家庭洽租，議價$2,000後以月租$2.5萬承接，實用呎價約$29.7。

資料顯示，業主2017年以$1,270.1萬購入單位，以是次租值計算，租賃回報約2.4厘。
