屯門大興花園3房議價後以$525萬沽出

中原地產屯門瓏門二期第一分行分區營業經理葉津榮表示，分行新近促成屯門大興花園2期3座高層D室成交，實用面積587平方呎，3房間隔，望樓景，原業主叫價$580萬，議價後以$525萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$8,944。

中原葉津榮表示，新買家為同區業主，睇樓約一個月時間，見單位樓層高，裝修企業理合適，價格合其預算，決定購入單位予家人入住，方便照顧。而業主亦提供議價空間，雙方商議後迅速拍板成交。而原業主則於1996年以$172.62萬買入單位，持貨約28年，賬面獲利$352.38萬，單位期内升值約2倍。
