屯門大興花園1期3座中層2房戶「0議價」以$1.25萬承租

祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前促成一宗屯門大興花園1期之租賃成交個案，是次租客為區內客，該單位的租金回報率高達4厘。

盤氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1期3座中層A室，實用面積428呎，兩房兩廳，日前獲區內客承租。該租客鍾情單位附設企理裝修，加上有感交通方便，步行大約10分鐘便可到達屯門鐵路站，以及民生配套完善，遂便決定「0議價」，以月租$1.25萬承租單位，平均呎租為$29.2。

盤氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估值約$378萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4厘。
