屯門城點低層1房戶外區客「不睇樓」以$310萬購入

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，日前錄得一宗屯門城點獲外區客「不睇樓」的買賣成交個案，原業主於2017年以約$329.1萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$19.1萬。

袁氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為低層D室，實用面積231呎，開放式間隔，日前獲外區客垂青。該買家鍾情單位附設發展商裝修，毋需額外花費裝修，加上屋苑樓齡較新，擁私人會所設施，以及周邊生活配套齊全，新買家參考同類型單位間隔後決定以$310萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$13420，屬市場價成交。
