屯門叠茵庭1座低層2房戶減租$500至月租$1.28萬

祥益地產高級分行經理古文彬表示，叠茵庭屬屯門區優質物業之一，而且毗近鐵路站，交通方便成為一大賣點。日前該分行促成一宗叠茵庭的租賃成交個案，該單位之租金回報率高達3.7厘。

古氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1座低層D單位，實用面積389呎，兩房一廳。租客為內地學生合租客，主要鍾情該屋苑鄰近上學地點，方便往返，而且單位內籠企理，附有兩個房間，各人均擁私人空間，業主考慮到租客每半年預繳一次租金，故減租$500至月租$1.28萬，以實用面積計算呎租$32.9。

古氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$420萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.7厘。
