屯門叠茵庭$1.2萬租出 租金回報率高達3.5厘

祥益地產高級分行經理古文彬表示,日前促成一宗屯門叠茵庭7座低層F室,實用面積383平方呎,2房。租客為區內客,由於原住所無法續租,因此需物色周邊租盤搬遷,鍾情屋苑鄰近鐵路站,交通方便,而且單位廳房景觀開揚、內籠企理,上述租客有感屋苑環境舒適、周邊配套齊全以及對該區熟悉,遂便決定以月租$1.2萬「即睇即租」單位,實用面積平均呎租為$31.3。

古氏續稱,若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值價約$410萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達3.5厘。
