屯門叠茵庭$1.2萬租出租金回報率高達3.5厘

祥益地產高級分行經理古文彬表示，日前促成一宗屯門叠茵庭7座低層F室，實用面積383平方呎，2房。租客為區內客，由於原住所無法續租，因此需物色周邊租盤搬遷，鍾情屋苑鄰近鐵路站，交通方便，而且單位廳房景觀開揚、內籠企理，上述租客有感屋苑環境舒適、周邊配套齊全以及對該區熟悉，遂便決定以月租$1.2萬「即睇即租」單位，實用面積平均呎租為$31.3。

古氏續稱，若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值價約$410萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.5厘。
