屯門南浪海灣2房$1.4萬租出 業主享租金回報率高達3.3厘

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示,成交單位為屯門南浪海灣3座低層C室,實用面積540平方呎,2房,日前獲內地家長垂青。租客考慮到子女在港讀書,為免每天中港兩地奔走,決定於學校附近覓租盤,主要鍾情單位附設企理裝修,加上客廳及房間均擁內園景觀,而且屋苑鄰近子女所就讀的學校是其考慮租入的主要因素,遂便決定以月租$1.4萬承租單位,實用面積平均呎租為$25.9。

黃氏續稱,若以同類型單位的銀行估值約$511萬作計算,該單位租金回報率高達3.3厘。
