屯門南浪海灣連天台戶$1.6萬租出租金回報率為2.6厘

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前錄得屯門南浪海灣連天台戶，實用面積522平方呎，2房，日前獲區內客垂青。租客鍾情單位為連天台戶，而且內籠附設靚裝修及部份傢電可供使用，毋須大量添置即可入住，加上客廳及房間均擁開揚海景，遂便決定「即睇即租」以月租$1.6萬租入上述單位，實用面積平均呎租為$30.7。

黃氏續稱，若以同類型單位的銀行估值約$740萬作計算，該單位租金回報率為2.6厘。
