屯門凱和山加推75伙入場價3字頭呎價低至7字頭

路勁旗下屯門新盤「凱和山」響應市場需求，今日宣布加推75個伙，單位面積介乎381至587平方呎，涵蓋1房至2房。項目引入最新的90天付款方式，並將折扣提高至36%，折實售價介乎325.25萬元至537.16萬元，折實呎價介乎7,908元至9,928元，平均折實呎價為9,080元。發展商預計於日內公布銷售安排，並計劃於復活節假期進行開售。

發展商今日亦開放兩伙全新裝修並附帶傢俱的現樓示範單位，供潛在買家參觀。

路勁銷售及市場推廣總監顏景鳳表示，自項目開售以來，已累計售出303伙，套現約14.6億元。自去年12月入伙以來，該項目的銷售情況一直理想，因此加推75伙應市。

顏景鳳指出，新推出的75伙中，有36伙的售價低於400萬元，符合新財政預算案中提出的100元印花稅物業價值上限。在當前利率持續下調和租金上升的環境下，這些單位不僅可吸引投資者購買用於出租，也吸引轉租為買的用家，而增強了市場的購買力和激活了換樓鏈，相信會利好中小型單位市場，令整體價量俱增。
