屯門冠峰園4座低層2房戶以$425萬一筆付購入

祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前屯門冠峰園錄得一宗區內首置客的買賣成交個案，原業主於1999年以約$140萬購入，是次轉手帳面獲利約$285萬，單位升約2倍易手。

盤氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為4座低層F，實用面積580呎，兩房一廳。日前獲區內首置客垂青。該買家父母有感近期樓價下調，因此積極睇樓協助其子女上車，鍾情單位實用寬敞，可以靈活擺放傢俬，加上業主增加議幅，累減高達$63萬，上述買家遂便決定「即睇即買」並且獲父母資助，以$425萬並一筆過付款購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$7328，屬低市價成交。
