祥益地產 - 盤嘉茵董事表示，屯門居屋兆麟苑日前錄得一宗區內客「即睇即買」的成交個案，單位以$388萬（自由市場價）易手，實用呎價約$7,004。

成交單位為兆麟苑A座中層1室，實用面積約554平方呎，屬3房間隔。盤嘉茵指，買家鍾情單位間隔四正、內籠實用，加上屋苑鄰近市中心，生活配套齊全。單位於2月中旬以$410萬放盤，原業主隨市況調整售價，累積減價$22萬。由於價格貼市，買家認為單位合乎要求，遂決定「即睇即買」，最終以$388萬成交，實用呎價約$7,004。
