祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，屯門田景邨發展成熟，居住環境恬靜，加上樓價及租價大眾化佔優，故受到不少客人青睞。分行錄得一宗屯門兆邦苑的自由市場買賣成交個案。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為高層11單位，實用面積376呎，兩房一廳。新買家為區內客，主要鍾情屋苑鄰近家人，方便照應，而且周邊配套完善，加上原業主累減93萬至$257萬 (自由市場價)，新買家有感樓價符合預算，遂便決定購入上址作自住上車之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$6,835，屬市場價成交。
