祥益地產 - 盤嘉茵執行董事表示，屯門居屋兆禧苑錄得一宗租賃成交，單位為C座高層16室，實用面積351平方呎，一房一廳，租金$1.02萬，折合平均呎租29.1元。

據了解，租客為區內客，鍾情單位的雅裝及即租即住的優勢，加上屋苑周邊配套完善，租金合理，決定承租該單位。

資料顯示，該單位現時的銀行估值約$298萬，若以現時租金水平計算，租金回報率達4.1厘。
