屯門兆安苑H座中層2房戶不足24小時即有區內客以$1.2萬租入

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，兆安苑屬毗近屯門市中心的居屋屋苑之一，徒步前往V City或屯門市廣場等大型商場只需15分鐘，絕對是自用的理想之選。日前分行促成一宗屯門兆安苑的「即睇即租」成交個案，該單位之租金回報率高達4.2厘。

袁氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為H座中層3室，實用面積563呎，兩房一廳，放租不足24小時即獲租入。租客為區內客，表示熟悉該區，鍾情該屋苑鄰近小朋友上學地點，方便往返，而且單位內籠企理，遂便決定以$1.2萬「即睇即租」，實用面積計算呎租$21.3。

袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估值約$344萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.2厘。
