屯門兆安苑2房$1.28萬租出業主享租金回報率高達4.7厘

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，日前促成一宗屯門兆安苑J座中層2室租賃成交，實用面積495平方呎，2房。據悉，租客為外區客，鍾情單位剛完成翻新工程，能以全新裝修的情況下入住，加上區內環境及配套不俗，而且業主減租$1,000，遂便決定以月租$1.28萬「即睇即租」上述單位，實用面積平均呎租$25.9。

袁氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估值價約$326萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.7厘。
