美聯物業 - 黃志佳經理表示，藍灣半島本月租盤交投表現活躍，該行剛促成小西灣藍灣半島一個733實呎租盤成交，獲家庭客以月租$3.18萬承接，2013年貨租金回報逾4厘。

黃志佳稱，剛成交藍灣半島一個2座高層C室單位租盤成交，實用面積約733呎，建築面積約1,053呎，為三房連套房連多用途房間隔，單位實用，業主最近叫價約月租$3.3萬，並獲同區家庭租客垂青，議價後以月租$3.18萬，折合實用呎租約為$43.4，建築呎租約為$30.2。

業主於2013年2月以約$910萬購入物業，若以目前租金水平計算，租金回報約4.2厘。
