將軍澳都會駅累減$98萬至$740萬易主

美聯物業將軍澳區域營業董事劉卓豪表示，成交單位為將軍澳都會駅5A座中層A室，實用面積492平方呎，屬2房間隔，內櫳企理，吸引換樓客承接，據悉，單位今年6月放盤，叫價$838萬，近月先後多次降價，昨施政公佈減辣，終以$740萬成交，累減$98萬，實用面積平均呎價約$15,041。

資料顯示，原業主於2012年10月以約$470萬承接，是次轉手帳面獲利約$270萬，升值約57%。
