將軍澳藍塘傲8座中層3房戶$1,088萬沽出累減達$512萬

美聯物業將軍澳城中駅分行首席助理聯席董事謝建業表示，施政減辣刺激入市氣氛，將軍澳市中心藍塘傲錄得大幅減價出售個案，有3房單位去年放盤，至今累減逾$500萬沽，成交價$1,088萬。

上述成交單位為藍塘傲8座中層A室，實用面積629呎，屬3房1廁梗廚間隔，向西南及正南，望海景，據悉，原業主去年10月以$1,600萬放盤，因市况跟隨外圍環境轉吹偏淡靜，本年中已不斷減價至$1,380萬，在8月中更將價錢大幅調低至$1,280萬，仍未能刺激睇樓量，10月中再大幅減價至$1,100萬，在施政報告後，買家信心增強市况略為好轉，但業主受制於銀行估價不足，最後忍痛割愛以$1,088萬沽出，累減達$512萬，折合實用呎價約$17,297。

資料顯示，原業主於2017年7月以約$1,532萬一手購入，是次轉手帳面大幅蝕讓離場。
