將軍澳茵怡花園獲綠表買家以$511萬承接

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，成交單位為將軍澳茵怡花園4座高層B室，單位實用面積555平方呎，3房連套房單位，享山景附企理裝修。據悉，業主早年已移居加拿大，近月授權在港親人以$550萬放售，最終獲綠表買家以$511萬承接，減價$39萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價為$9,207。

魏仕良續指，原業主早於1997年11月以約$169萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨26年帳面獲利達$342萬，期間大幅升值逾2倍。
