世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區內白居二買家，成功以$380萬(未補地價)購入將軍澳英明苑，明達閣（C座）中層5單位，實用面積554平方呎，景觀開揚，單位附有靚裝修。據報，業主上月放盤叫價$460萬，獲區內白居二買家以$380萬承接，累計減價$80萬，減幅達17%，折合實用面積呎價為$6,859。

魏仕良續指，原業主早於1989年於物業入伙初期以$34.46萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨35年，帳面獲利$345.54萬，期間大幅升值逾10倍。
