將軍澳煜明苑累減$72萬至$468萬獲承接

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，成交單位為將軍澳煜明苑煒明閣(A座)中層7室，單位實用面積438平方呎，2房開則單位企理裝修向山景。據報，業主本年七月叫價$540萬，近日調整至$498萬，終獲區內買家以$468萬承接，累減$72萬，實用面積平均呎價$10,685。

據了解，原業主於2010年6月以約$170萬連補地價購入物業至今，持貨13年轉售，賬面獲利$298萬，期間升值逾1.75倍。
