美聯物業將軍澳南分行首席高級營業經理鄧錦慈表示，成交單位為將軍澳海翩滙3座中層H室，實用面積271平方呎，屬開放式間隔，由於項目樓齡新，附近樓宇發展低密度，居住環境旺中帶靜，加上價錢相宜，吸引年輕首置客承接，據了解，單位今年1月以$560萬放盤，因應市況逆轉，多次調整價錢，現以$420萬易手，累積減價$140萬，實用面積平均呎價約$15,498。
