將軍澳浩明苑低層1房戶$368萬沽減幅達29%

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區內買家以連補地價，以$368萬成功購入浩明苑低層10室，單位實用面積443平方呎，企理裝修單位望園景，據悉，業主早於去年三月放盤當時連地價$520萬，期間調整叫價至$400萬，最終以連補地價$368萬沽出，累計減價$152萬，減幅達29%，折合實用面積呎價為$8,307。

魏仕良續指，原業主於1990年以約$25.9萬（未補地價）購入物業至今，持貨34年，由於單位目前是連補地價出售，未能直接比較升幅，但估計扣除補價仍獲利甚豐。
