美聯物業將軍澳天晉匯分行營業經理羅定康表示，樓價疲弱，區內再錄蝕讓成交。該行剛促成將軍澳新都城一個2房單位成交，原業主以$463萬沽出單位，持貨約9年，帳蝕約$37萬離場。

羅定康指，上述成交的單位為將軍澳新都城2期8座低層C室，實用面積約363平方呎，2房間隔。據悉，買家心儀屋苑配套設施齊備，單位間隔四正，而且價錢符合預算，最終以$463萬承接單位，實用呎價約$12,755。

成交資料顯示，原業主於2015年以$500萬購入上述物業，持貨約9年，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$37萬，或約7.4%
