世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示一名區外買家以$602.8萬購入，將軍澳場坑口新寶城一座高層G室，單位實用面積377平方呎，兩房一廳單位，向東南享將軍澳運動場及山海靚景，業主放盤叫價$698萬，近日調整叫價至$635萬，現在以$602.8萬成交，減幅接近14%，折合實用呎價$15,989。

據了解，原業主於2005年1月以$175萬購入物業至今，持貨17年至今轉售，賬面獲利$427.8萬，期間大幅升值2.4倍。
