世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，最新自由市場成交是將軍澳廣明苑廣瑞閣高層13室，實用面積530平方呎，兩房大廳企理裝修望內園景單位，剛以自由市場價$445萬沽出。據報，業主於本年三月放盤$600萬，期間調整叫價至近日$498萬，最終以$445萬沽出，累計減價$145萬，減幅達24%，折合實用面積呎價為$8,396。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2011年以自由巿場價$298萬(已補地價)購入物業至今，現在成功以$445萬售出，帳面獲利$147萬，物業13年升值49%。
