世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理表示，一名綠表買家成功以$438萬購入將軍澳廣明苑廣昌閣（A座）中層10室，實用面積597平方呎，三房大廳企理裝修單位望內園景。據報，業主於本年七月放盤叫價$480萬，放盤約1個多月剛獲綠表買家以$438萬承接，一口減價$42萬，減幅達8%，折合實用面積呎價為$7,337。

原業主於2009年9月以約$146萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨15年帳面獲利$292萬，物業期間大幅升值2倍。
