世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，最新居二市場成交為將軍澳寶明苑寶柏閣（B座）中層19室，單位實用面積597平方呎，2房山景戶剛以$465萬沽出，較業主於本年三月放盤叫價$520萬，一口減價$55萬成交，減幅達10%，實用面積平均呎價為$7,789。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2006年12月以居二價$94.8萬(未補地價)，現在成功以$465萬沽出，持貨18年帳面獲利逾$370萬，期間大幅升值3.9倍。
