世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名外區綠表買家成功以309萬元，購入將軍澳寶明苑寶柏閣（B座）中層13室，實用面積433平方呎，向西南內園景單位附有新裝修，成交價較今年八月放盤叫價$330萬，業主一口減價$21萬沽出單位，減幅約6.3%，實用面積平均呎價為$7,136。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2014年4月$21萬(未補地價)購入，持貨10年帳面獲利$93萬，期間升值43%。
